No matter how hard we try, of course sometimes a little property maintenance is required.
If something in your house needs fixing, simply contact us to report it and we will get it sorted without delay. If the problem is of an urgent nature, feel free to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Crash Pads recently acquired the services of a dedicated Maintenance Guy, he is called Javier (aka HandyJavier!) and he can fix anything. He is a skilled carpenter by trade, but you name it and he can fix it!
Beyond that, Crash Pads has an excellent relationship, built up over many years, with a large number of specialist trades. These guys are 100% reliable and very good at what they do, which means both Crash Pads and their students receive a first class service.
